Quiet neighborhood

Perfect Family Spot

It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. We had one minor issue with the door batteries running low, and the owners were super responsive, and we did not miss a beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.

The hot tub was nice, appreciated the coffee provided. Loved that there was a high chair there.

Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayVery spacious place with great amenities and good access to everything CSprings has to offer. Very clean place and excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard with the kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
