The Space:
This recently renovated and immaculate guesthouse in downtown Colorado Springs is just minutes away from numerous restaurants and the iconic sights of Colorado Springs. Enjoy quick travel to the Garden of the Gods, Olympic Training Center, and Memorial Hospital. You will have private access to the entire studio with a stocked kitchen and induction cooktop. Relax in the beautiful living room with a Roku Smart TV, and sleep comfortably in a new luxurious queen-sized bed.
🛋️ Living Room:
The living room area features a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra sleeping space.
Enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV with WiFi, so you can stream seamlessly.
🍳 Kitchen:
While we don't have an oven or traditional stove, our kitchen includes an induction cooktop with a full array of spices, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
The kitchen also has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and countertop toaster oven.
Start your mornings with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge.
🛏️ Bedroom Area:
The bedroom area features a premium Sealy queen-sized mattress with luxurious white sheets and bedding.
A large closet offers plenty of storage.
A window AC unit allows you to control the temperature precisely during the summer, and baseboard heaters work efficiently in the winter.

The full bathroom is equipped with all standard toiletries, including a hairdryer, makeup removal wipes, and emergency feminine products.

Step outside to a private, fenced-in area with a 2-person table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
🍔 Backyard:
Fire up the 5-burner propane grill and cook out with friends and family in the fenced backyard.
Gather around the propane gas fire pit to make s’mores and enjoy the evening under the beautiful Colorado sky.
The backyard is shared with other Airbnb guests on the property, offering a chance to meet new people.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the studio and everything in it! There is also a small, fenced patio where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee! You're also welcome to use the full backyard that is shared with the main house that we also rent on Airbnb. Feel free to make friends with our other guests, cook out on the BBQ grill, cook s'mores around the fire pit, and enjoy the Colorado fresh air!

The Olympic Training Center is within walking distance, offering a unique glimpse into the training grounds of elite athletes. Memorial Park, a nearby green space, provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities, including walking trails, a lake, and sports facilities.

🚴 By Bike: Colorado Springs is bike-friendly, with several trails and bike lanes available. Renting a bike is a great way to see the city and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
We recommend using Uber or Lyft (ride-sharing) to get around. Some bus stops are close by as well for easy use of public transportation.

📄 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
🧴 Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout fee is $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.
📜 City Registration: We are legally registered with the City of Colorado Springs! Don't worry about your booking getting canceled the day before your trip! STR-0558
🚗 Parking: We have one parking space in front of the studio for you, and there is plenty of free street parking right out front.
🚿 Winter Bath Notice: Unfortunately, in the winter, baths will not be possible. We have awesome, fresh Colorado Rocky Mountain water. During the winter, it comes from the city extremely cold. We have a tankless hot water heater that works PERFECTLY for super hot showers and all the sinks! But in the winter with the super cold city water, the tub spout flows too much water and will not be super hot, but the shower will be hot and work perfectly!
💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
