Publié le 22 août 2015 sur HotelsWe spent the night to visit Pikes Peak Mountain. The owner at the reception is very smart and helpful.
The room is very old-style but clean and the king size bed is very comfortable. The motel is very well situated, a few meters for the city center where you can go out for dinner. And the night is very quiet as there is no real activity around at night.
The breakfast is a bit short. Coffee, industrial muffins and corn flakes.
All in all, the price should be be cheaper for the room old-fashioned furniture and the breakfast...

I’d stay here again. Location and price are great for a place to sleep before the incline. All communication was done through text. I don’t know if that’s just an offseason thing or not but it was just fine with me. Whoever answers the texts responded to my question at 8:30 pm just minutes after I asked. Nice place.

Never received information until we arrived.
Expedia staff excellent in finding alternative on a very busy Friday evening.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. Its the perfect location for historic Manitou. Walking distance to absolutely everything! Bed was very comfortable and sheets were super soft. Room was very spacious! Would definitely book with them again!

Do not stay here. Feels unsafe and bed is itchy.

The damaged door frame hinted at a troubling past incident. Additionally, the bed’s itchiness made the stay unbearable to the point where we didn’t even stay the night. I had to pay for a hotel room to stay vacant. Despite a friendly and helpful point of contact, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for any occasion.
