old ashtray smell

I would describe this place as old, dated ashtray. The smell of the smoke is disturbing.

“I’m very sorry to hear that” is all they could say when I told them the room was too cold all night long because the thermostat wasn’t connected to the heat pump correctly.

Mr. Abelard, I am terribly sorry we were not able to resolve this while you were here. I will certainly make sure we have our maintenance team take a look at the unit. In the future, please feel free to reach out to the front desk. We would have gladly moved you to another room, or perhaps brought some extra blankets

Had a wonderful breakfast buffet good choices for my taste. Staff was very friendly and informative.

Just that we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to check in. Otherwise all was excellent.
