Check in was made less than perfect by indifferent desk clerk. Attitude was not up to Radisson standards.

Only highlight was good morning breakfast!

If your looking to get any work on via internet, good luck. It is extremely slow and location of this hotel I had spotty connection between two mobile plans as well. I received a parking notice that my rental car was going to be towed as it was in a 'no parking zone' yet there was no red lines or notice stating so. The Air Show was going on and the parking lot was plump full. Upon arrival I asked to see a room that I received an email about an upgrade. I was declined as the worker did not know that was an option yet I showed them the email. I was already tired and exhausted from traveling all day, I just let it go. I requested no housekeeping for the week and we'd ask if we needed anything as we were staying over a week. The clerk made a comment it's their policy to enter rooms every 3 days. I requested then perhaps on day 4. Morning on day 3, housekeeping enters our hotel room with my teenager inside. They take the dirty towels and garbage but didn't replenish anything like coffee, sugar etc. Instead they made beds, we didn't request to be made. Housekeeping never came back the remainder of our stay and my 10% hotel deposit was refunded back to me upon this entry inspection. Crazy. I've done a lot of traveling and I've never had a 10% required deposit or housekeeping demanding to clean rooms on day 3. I will say that the morning breakfast was very nice. My family enjoyed it and not one grumble from the picky eaters. Everything was cleaned, pool was warm. Internet horrible.

Hi Tanya, Thanks so much for staying with and providing your feedback. I'm sorry we left you a note about where you were parked. We have plans to re-stripe the parking lot and it will be more defined. We have had so much business and so many rainy days and it just hasn't made sense to tackle the project. The upgrade process is a new feature we are offering, and clearly we need additional training. I apologize for the housekeeping service mix up. We are supposed to go in every three days. We do a 20% incidental hold at check in that allows you to purchase items from our market, or charge dinner to your room. We typically do not do a room inspection unless you are traveling with a pet. Glad you saw the incidental hold released from your card, and I am thrilled the family enjoyed our complimentary breakfast buffet! Hope to see you again soon!

Please clean the room better. Also, have some people at check in/out desk. Had to wait for check-in and checkout. At check-in, they called person behind me even though I was first on the line.

If you wouldn't mind connecting with me so I can give the housekeeper additional training on how to properly clean a room for arrival.I'm sorry if we unintentionally called the person in line behind you before we got you checked in. I'm certain it was not intentional.

This hotel is extremely nice and the staff was friendly and welcoming when we got in super late. I'd definitely stay here the next time we visit.
