Coming into Old Colorado City and you can tell that it’s a fun little town filled with history! The Trolley car is no different. The trolley has lots of history, being an actual train car in its previous life! It has been completely renovated from roof to rails just a few short years ago & is the perfect intimate place for your stay. We furnished it with minimal & modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. The trolley has a beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare your own food, for your convenience. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you deserve after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space to make your own!
Enjoy staying in the comfortable trolley car! This clean home away from home will give you a peaceful night’s sleep in a cozy bed! In the full kitchen, you can cook your own meals or simply take a short stroll to nearby restaurants and shops! There’s so much within minutes of the trolley and with so much to explore you’ll be glad you’re close to your home away from home! And we even include some light breakfast items and snacks to get you going in the morning! Can’t wait to meet you!

Amazing Stay for Solo Traveler
It was a solo trip and I enjoyed my stay at the Trolley Car. It was clean, quiet and close to everything I needed. Even though I was by myself I felt safe. Everything about the Trolley Car made me feel pampered. It truly is a special place!

5-Star property!
This little gem is tucked away next to a park, but really close to the main drag in Old Colorado City - we walked everywhere! It's also a short car trip to local attractions like Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. The property is nicely laid out and rather roomy for a studio. It's the perfect size for a couple. Bryana is a very responsive host and includes thoughtful amenities. Thanks so much!!

We particularly appreciate the efforts the owner went into renovating the trolley car into a lovely place to stay. We found the location convenient to meet up with family then walk over to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City.

We stayed while visiting Colorado Springs and the air show. It’s so close to pikes peak and garden of the gods. Easy walk to main st where it looks like they’re trying a revitalization. Park next door is a gathering place for several homeless but they were no bother. Property is fenced along that side. Great snacks and coffee available. Full kitchen, shower/bathroom. Just a delightful property.

The cutest stay in Colorado Springs!
This property is so adorable and had absolutely everything we needed. It was perfect for my partner and I and we had plenty of room to keep everything organized. The location of the rental is in a gorgeous, central location where you aren’t more than 20 minutes from anywhere you may need to get to in Colo Spgs!

Great place for short stays!
We we very pleased will how clean the Trolley was. It had everything a couple needs for a 3 to 5 day stay. You’ll have to live out of your suitcase as there is very limited space to unpack. We were out and about a lot and only used it as a “home base”. It’s close to everything in Old Colorado City so you can walk to get food and drinks. The only issue was the place did get warm at night, so if you need to be cool to sleep you may struggle. We bought a cheap box fan and it helped a ton. Overall its close to hiking, food and drink and we enjoyed it.

We loved our time at the Trolly. It was in a perfect location, exceptionally clean, and exactly as advertised. The hostess is very responsive and had great input on places to eat in the area. We will stay again when back in the area.

Beautiful place, perfect location
The Trolley was not only adorable, but a completely comfortable spot for us while we explored Colorado Springs. We loved the story behind the trolley, especially the original wood that is still there. Centrally located in Old Colorado City, we were no more than a few minutes from everything we had planned. Communication with the host was easy. We had no problem arranging an early check-in last minute even though an obligation did not allow us to take advantage of it. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

From the moment we walked into the trolley we loved it! It was the cutest ever! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, hot water, and very clean. Everything you would want in the kitchen the entire trolley was so clean. I would love to stay there again! They copy pods were a bonus.

Comfortable, Craziest Communication Ever
For such a small place it is very comfortable and quiet. The bed and all its bedding are fabulous, the shower is really great, and all the essentials are provided in the kitchen. My favorite part is that it's a walk away from really neat, eclectic shops and food, and old town shopping. One thing that is not mentioned is that you must use the little driveway on the east end of the property by the fence. If you attempt to use the one on the west end, the neighbor will come in and park their car & trailer, blocking you in. That seemed rude to me since it was really good access, but it is what it is. I have to say this is the craziest communication experience I've ever had with VRBO. I was sent an email at booking that I would receive the code 24 hours before my stay. I had to contact an agent to get the phone number for the owner to get the code just a few hours before my stay, because I didn't receive it. I had emailed and asked if I could have early check-in and was assured I could. I was 20 minutes out when I received a message that it would not be ready after all By that time I was there, and I begged to be let in so I could get my groceries in the refrigerator. The response was so slow that I panicked a little and tried to cancel the whole thing, Upon talking with the hostess, I was told that was not possible. A little put out, I did take the unit and I had a comfortable night. I also received the welcome details for the unit after checkout. Their timing was way off.
