We had a great time at Spurs N Lace. My girlfriend and I stayed for just one night while visiting nearby Manitou Springs, but the B&B was perfect for our needs. I in particular enjoy historical locations and Spurs N Lace is a beautiful renovated Victorian. We stayed at the Victoria Rose Room. Special thanks to Arlene, the proprietor and manager, for sending back to me the AirPods I left behind in the room. Arlene did not give up in our attempts to locate it as it was showing it was still there in FindMy app. Arlene didn’t even charge for the shipping costs despite it having been my fault and not of their staff. Thanks to much Arlene!

Lovely, well maintained vintage property. Breakfast was magnificent! Friendly host, highly recommended!!

Arlene, the owner is very friendly and so very knowledgeable about the area. We learned so much from her and the breakfast was delicious. The home is lovely, filled with antiques and warm and welcoming.

We enjoyed hearing the history of the area and the lovely homey feel of the property. We also enjoyed visiting with the owner at breakfast

We noted you rated the B&B 4 out of 10. We take all ratings seriously. Please tell us why we received the ration so that we can make the necessary improvements. Without reasoning we can not try right the anomaly. With out a reason, we will request the Reservation Service to withdraw the rating from our record.
