The lights in the room either burned out or not bright enough. I only had two bath towns and one wash cloth. It snowed and the ice was bad walking from the dry door to the parking lot was a ice rink.. Unfortunately we can't control mother nature

The staff but mostly the cleaning staff was hands down amazing.o always had a clean bathroom and pillows always fluffed.. The morning coffee could use some work on strength and not all water. The smoking and smell of marijuana I could do without. Overall I would stay again

Fabulous!

The staff is amazing, the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with awesome housekeepers who check on you each day to make sure you have everything you need. It’s in a great area of town and the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Thank you!

Decent place

Stay was good, until the manager came to my room and was rude to me for the fact I checked in with three dogs and she told me we couldn’t have all of them there. Well you guys checked me in with all three and charged me for them. Only downside of the room was the one cabinet door was broke and the bathtub had a chip in it and you could tell where they had to do work for the pole to stay up in the shower. Also house keeping if you didn’t know Spanish you are not going to get what you want.

Awesome!!!

The entire staff is amazing. Housekeeping is absolutely wonderful and even took extra precautions to make sure my cat didn’t get out when I was gone. My room is comfortable and easy to access which helps so much. The area is great and very safe. Lots of great dining and shopping options nearby. Super awesome place to stay!!!

Nice over all

Had to call for towels 2 out of 4 days. Once was taken care of and the other we were not even given an option or an attempt to fix the problem. Room was clean and hotel was in a great location for out trip. Picture are our view from our door
