Ideal OCC Stay

Of all vacation rentals we have booked throughout the US and even in Europe this cottage was truly the cleanest most well appointed accommodation. The host thought of everything and the decor was so well done. Nestled within other homes it was very quiet. Resting was never a problem. We highly recommend this property!

Quite weekend getaway
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas definitely a “Cozy Cottage”! So very welcoming and homey right when you walked in. I was able to check in early which helped out a lot! Communication was very easy with fast responses! Location was great for OCC downtown area! We even saw 3 deer in the front yard one morning!
Definitely recommend if looking for a quaint, cozy spot!

Stay before Santa Fe
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayDecided to stay in this area for two nights before meeting the rest of the family in Santa Fe. Chose the Cozy Cottage and it did not disappoint. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but near downtown and an easy drive to Manitou Springs. We enjoyed walking to South Park Brewery.

Also, only 10 minute drive to fabulous Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. Lots of great little extras that you would not typically find in a VRBO. Coffee, breakfast snacks, chilled filtered water in the fridge. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions! All in all a great, affordable spot to lay your head!

Lovely cottage!!

It worked well for her with her walker, the bed was very comfortable, nice snacks and coffee for the morning and a terrific stay. We will come again if in the area for an overnight!! Highly recommend this lovely place!!
