The price was great... the location wasnt bad if you are traveling through Springs but the area was rough if you stay around or want to visit springs... Breakfast was very VERY limited at best... boiled eggs, waffle, or biscuits and gravy. They also had yogurt... but it was pretty rough. The hotel itself was old and very used. You get what you pay for... i would not stay here again unless i had no other option.

The check in clerk was very helpful in securing the last ground floor room for me. She had good suggestions for walking the dog nearby.
For a dog-friendly hotel, the dog area was dark and dirty. That area should be improved or moved.

They allow dogs and that was the only major problem, since the dogs just kept barking non stop! That, and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best; no hot water!

We are so sorry that your stay was interrupted by a pet, I will make sure to address this issue with front desk and make sure we have a better hand on the pets being loud.
