À part l'air climatisé qui était bruyante tout était bien.

We were here due to Hurricane Helene. The staff were very helpful, polite and all around hospitable. No complaint whatsoever. Every morning the breakfast was warm and stocked. The woman servicing the breakfast area greeted us with a warm smile every morning. Front desk were always available and went out of their way to accommodate us. Dining options around the property were plenty. Nicks quickly became our go-to being that it’s walkable and open late. Thanks to everyone on the staff at Comfort Inn. We truly appreciate you all! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant. You all are awesome!!

Staff was rude, roaches were in first room, spoke with manager about refund they said they couldn’t give refund because I booked through Expedia but they offered to transfer me and my great aunt to another room, we switched rooms, visited my mom came back to room went to sleep I woke up to use bathroom Sunday night and noticed roaches on wall and coming out of air conditioning unit I didn’t want to wake up my aunt in the middle of the night she is 80 years old and has dementia I spoke with one of the employees about the complaint of roaches and could I get a full refund I took pictures and videos of the roaches I had to leave to take my aunt to her doctors appointment but asked to speak to a manager before I left employee stated her manager was running later I left then returned and employee stated that manager refunded me but I will have to wait on Expedia since I booked through a third party before I left I left my name and number with employee at the front desk the manger didn’t even bother to contact to let me know I would not ever recommend this hotel for a good stay I was highly disappointed and will never return
