Nowhere on Expedia did it say there was an additional fee that they take and then refund which could take between 3-15 days to refund. Was a nice place for the amount of the booking but not for the full amount I had to layout in order to stay a grand total of 12 hours

Room dated and worn. The beds were comfortable although.
The bathroom needs to be better cleaned but overall a 3.
The prices for 2 nights off the charts but understandable because of a major game in town. ALL HOTEL STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! (Breakfast needs sausage gravy!! 🤗)

The staff was awesome and attentive. The room was spacious, however the furniture and decor were dated but nice. The room also had quite a few obvious cleanliness issues. The coffee maker had mold in the section you fill with water and was covered in either a thick layer of dust and dirt or someone had sanded wall mud. The ice bucket, the coffee and the sugar packs were cover in dust as well. The pull out sofa bed when i pulled it out was covered in dirt, hair, and other debris.

The room was fine, comfortable clean bed. I would not have used the hairdryer, looked as if it was about to expire. The stair carpets and hallways could do with a refresh. Staff were lovely but an inordinate amount of time to checkin, especially since I had prepaid.
