Elevator is not working, poor room conditions. Floor room carpet need to be replaced. Refrigerator work sometimes.

Was unable to check in at 3 had to wait till almost 4 and I had an event to attend, the room lost power, ac, hot water and there was no one at the front desk/ office to assist

Horrible place

The desk agent was very friendly and that was the only good thing about this place. It was dirty. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The chair in the room was cracked and broken. The outlets only half worked.

Disappointed in the overall negligent conditions. Could not use the in room telephone, no cord attaching the handle to the main body. Slimy shower floor. Watched a guy steal a bike on the property. Got hit up many times for items by other residents. No elevator in service while there for 4 days. Water turned off for repairs without notice to patrons. Outside was in disarray and filthy.
