Great stay reasonably priced

From checkin to checkout it was perfect. The bed/bedding was sublime. Would go out of our way to stay here.

Fine for a weekend stay but other similarly priced hotels in The Vista have better amenities and cleaner rooms.

This was a huge disappointment… This location was overpriced to $750 per night for parents weekend at the University of South Carolina… While over priced I didn’t mind paying for a clean and convenient room.
The bathroom was not overly clean… The shower amenities were pulled off the wall & laying crooked on the shower shelf and the shower stains on the bottom of the floor as well as on the wall. It just did not look clean at all.
The water pressure in the shower was a trickle at best and we had four people staying in our room it took an hour per person to get completely washed, in addition, nowhere in the check-in or on the add from Expedia did it say this is not a full-service hotel meaning they do not clean your room or replace towels… We were gone for 12 hours on Saturday. It came back to our room and had no clean towels and the beds were not made. I went to the front desk and had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk gentleman to show up who was rude and said this hotel is not full service and you have to ask them if you want them to clean… This is completely absurd given the rate of the night for this location. The breakfast was also not well tended and very cold food. There was no water in the Cantina for sale and when I asked the lady at the front desk, she huffed and walked to the back and brought me one water bottle to purchase , all around this was a terrible experience made worse by the over price. Would not recommend and will never stay at this location again.
