Really enjoyed my stay!

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The fan was not working in the bathroom. There was a faucet missing in the shower.
The hvac unit was in the bedroom and made terrible noise. The staff was very kind and tried to accommodate us.

We had a suite with 2 queen beds. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. No one ever came to our room to clean or tidy the beds or bring new dry towels. The breakfast was very good and the women that manage it should be commended.

The property was beautiful and clean.
Pleanty room for 6 people.
The only negative was, the receptionist charged me the full price at the counter even though I explained that I had prepaid when I made my reservation. However I called and talked to the hotel manager. A refund was made which took about a week to receive my credit.

Not the best choice!
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsThere was cat poop left under the sink. No blankets or sheets for the pullout bed, the door did not close, and the outlets were busted with wires sticking out. I was supposed to receive a credit but did not.

Enjoyed our stay and breakfast. Staff nice and helpful when needed things.
Only thing you should change is way to contact front desk. We had to go downstairs to pick up sheets and blanket for pull out couch. Next morning needed more towels and had to go downstairs and find someone to get towels. Everthing else good. Should supply a contact number on key sleeve so can call if need things. Thanks
