We have stayed at this hotel over the years ( 15 ) and have always been pleases with our rooms. How ever this time the room was NOT what I had expected. Paint peeling of the doors, holes in the woodwork and under the entry door. The hand bar soap had previously been used and looked like one of the wash cloths and towel had been used. Not what 100.00 was worth. SORRY

The first room they put us in was filthy and it stank. So they offered us a second room which was cleaner but the tv didn’t work, the toilet was clogged so we couldn’t use it and there were roaches crawling up the walls. We left there and spent the night at a different hotel.

The hotel was dirty there was trash under the bed and the pillows were dirty my som hot stuck im the barthroom because the door did not work and yje tub was filthy

Terrible customer service theft

Didnt get to stay and was robbed for my money 137 dollars all because of a deposit of 50 dollars not mentioned till after the room was paid for and they refused to give me a refund

Disappointed

We arrived at the hotel to be told we owed $50 more dollars, fine, we payed the $50. Then we got into the room and the room Immediately smelled of mold, it was not clean. One towel for three people. The bathroom door was broken, the shower was spraying water everywhere, there was Cigarette burns in every single sheet and blank, graffiti in the dresser, the TV had maybe 10 channels, only 3 of which worked. The housekeeper told us we were not getting anymore towels because we were getting checked out. We had 4 more days of our stay. The desk associates were never at the desk, waited 30 minutes to be checked in and out. Overall I was not happy with this stay at all.
