I was late traveling and arrived after 7pm Monday and unable to check in and had to get another hotel
Came back Tuesday at 4:25 pm and no one there to check me in. I had to get another hotel room again. Filed complaint and they refused to provide any refund and said I was a no show!!!!! Unbelievable!

I received a call from hotel 3hrs prior to check in to be told that the room I had reserved was no longer available because they'd given it to another customer. I proceeded to go to hotel after arriving in Columbia and front desk girl was able to help us get a room on premises. The floors needed cleaned, though there is no smoking in room policy, I suffered sinus congestion due to heavy smoking from neighboring rooms that bled into my room. I was awakened every night due to people in next room over being very loud and obnoxious all through the night. Only received one towel, one thin wash rag and partial roll of toilet tissue to use for the week. Bedding was clean and front desk girl was pleasant.

Room was spacious but the amenities are not that good and bad smell is coming throughout my stay in the room. Shower was not working properly we reported to the front desk but no one come to check on that. Overall I am not satisfied with my stay.

I was stranded in a new city with a small child and wasn’t even offered a stay at a sister company or anything. Zero compassion. They knew who I was the min I walked in the door, but couldn’t even give me the decency of a phone call to tell me they were over booked? Completely not ok. Kid sitting in the lobby (I’m assuming was a friend of the desk person) scoffed and snickered at my misfortune.
