We booked due to hurricane Helene and it was one of the few places that still had rooms. We were a little skeptical because we were looking for something a little nicer, but we were very satisfied with the condition of the room. It was spacious and VERY clean!!! The only thing that could have been better would have been a couch or comfortable chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. The pool has a notice that it’s been shut down by DHEC, idk what that’s all about but it was a little sketch. The outside had a lot of trash and beer cans around, but it was right after a hurricane so I’ll give them a little grace on that. Overall the room was so clean that we overlooked everything else. We would stay here again.

The hotel advertised breakfast included yet when we got there there was no breakfast apparently the construction wasn't set up yet. Staff stated we can get a breakfast bag to go with basic things in it, when we did that we were told that since our unit had a kitchen the breakfast bag did not apply to us. They need to take that off there site. The reason we even booked this hotel was because of breakfast being included. The floors in the unit were not clean. Our socks were filthy just walking around. It was totally a no frills hotel. No tissues, tiny cheap towels. The rack for TP kept falling off. However, all being said the beds weren't bad and the room was large. We had to queen beds in 1 room and a separate room with another queen bed along with a couch in the main area. That suited our situation and that is hard to come by in the hotels.

Love the staff. There were kids running through the halls yelling and screaming most of the night. They are still getting the area up and running so there’s some minor issues. The room still has some trash but nothing for me to cause a fuss about.

Room was spacious.. They were doing some renovations so kinda noisy and the pool was closed
