Checked in at the lobby was given a key to a dirty room that had been used. The front desk did apologize about the inconvenience. Gave me a new room, and the sink was clogged, tub wasn’t properly cleaned. The rear of the establishment seemed to be pretty clean and neat from what I could visibly see.

This was HORRIBLE. wasn’t told there was a 50 dollar hold on card when checking in so the price you were told isn’t what you’re going to pay. Wasn’t told we had to pay 20 dollars a day just to park and I’m not done yet, why the hell do I have to pay for WiFi?! Worst experience in my life won’t do it again

We had an excellent stay! The staff was wonderful and hotel was walking distance to local shops and restaurants

Stayed there 4 nights for parents weekend and it was a mixed bag. The walls were very thin, you could hear the floor above you using the restroom. Also my bed was on the hallway wall so it was extremely loud and I didn't get any sleep. Icing on the cake was the elevators broke during Sunday checkout time so a large group of us took the stairs with our luggage and the doors were all locked and we were stuck in the stairwell. The stairwell is the fire exit so let's hope there's never a fire in the building.

We were supposed to get queens but got one king. The stairwell was locked to get out on the mezzanine
