Worst Stay Ever!

Unfortunately, this stay was the worst that I've ever experienced. We were greeted with dead cockroaches in several rooms. It clearly hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The couches were disgustingly filthy, and we didn't dare sit on them. I should have been refunded for our stay for what we had to tolerate. I couldn't even bring myself to ask our friends to pay toward this stay. I was so embarrassed.

Bedlam Hour comes to town

Our band stayed here. We are a multi-generational family and friend punk band. The space was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed relaxing in a lakeside quiet space after a night of rocking out!

It’s a ok place to stay we weren’t there a lot were there for a family reunion. It is very quiet and peaceful.

Quiet and secluded

Quiet, secluded and spacious property. Could use a bit more cleanliness of white seating area, and upstairs shower but not a show stopper from overall enjoyment. Very responsive property managers.

The house was convenient for the occasion

My family and I were in town for the USC graduation. Convenience was the best thing about my stay. The neighborhood is not the best. The house is located down the street from a rough looking area. The layout of the home was nice except of the fact that one of the rooms was made into a bedroom right in the entrance. You enter the front door walking through a bedroom to enter the rest of the house taking away the privacy of the guest in that area. It is time for the exterminator to come out. The back dock was a nice area but looking at the pond was not the best view. The home next to the pond has a lot of backyard items appearing very messy.

Home away from home

Due to renovations at my own home, I had to find a place that would accommodate my family. This place is very roomy and has many beds for multiple people. The only "bad" I could say about the property was that some tiles needed to be replaced and the listing says downtown when in actuality, it is not! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The communication from the property manager was great from beginning to end. Responses were quick. The check-in process was a breeze. The property was clean and just as described. I will definitely rent again.

We were in Columbia to attend the graduation of my grandson. The house was a safe and comfortable place to sleep and store our things.

Hi Dennis. I am so sorry about the inconvenience with the hot tub. There was a mistake made on the listing and "hot tub" was not meant to be checked. I have double checked to make sure this is removed now so this will not be an issue for future guests. We do not have a hot tub at this property. I am truly sorry this happened. We would love to host you again and show you a 5 star experience.
