**Disappointing Stay with Safety and Maintenance Issues**
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several safety and maintenance concerns. The most concerning issue was that our **room door did not lock properly**, which raised security concerns. Additionally, **ongoing construction in the parking lot** made navigation difficult and created potential hazards.
The room itself had several problems. **We noticed bed bugs**, which we reported to the front desk. Unfortunately, the response was not as prompt or attentive as we had hoped. **The shower stopped working mid-use**, and several electrical outlets did not function, making it difficult to charge devices. The furnishings and overall condition of the room were **very outdated**, and there was a persistent musty odor.
Another disappointment was that the **indoor pool was closed**, despite being advertised as available. It was marked as "seasonally closed," which was unexpected for an indoor facility.
While the staff was polite, they were unable to resolve these issues during our stay. Given the combination of **security concerns, maintenance issues, and misleading amenities**, I would recommend confirming current conditions before booking.
