Great CoMo House
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for Homecoming weekend and it was perfect for us. Great location not far from downtown or Campus - quick to get around. House was very clean and check in process was easy. Very quiet street, too.

Comfortable and Convenient

Great for our 3rd stay at this location

Substitute for listing
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter reserving the property, I was contacted by the owner stating that a mix-up had occurred and someone else had already rented it for that weekend. She then offered to rent her home, which was next door and also had 2 bedrooms/1 bath, for the same price as this listing, which I appreciated, since it was a 5-min walk from family we were visiting. The check-in process was easy, our host was responsive, she accommodated an early check-in, and her house was nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of toys for children. However, there was a strong musty odor upon arrival that never quite dissipated, even though we opened all the windows and turned off the AC, keeping only the fan going all night. If that had not been present, I would have given her home, which is not the home advertised under this listing, a 5-star rating.

Andrea, you should have called. I had no idea you were experiencing a musty odor. Perhaps the thermostat was set too low upon your arrival. The humidity could have risen in such a case. My sincere apologies. Though had you notified me I could have returned to the house and remedied the situation for you. Again, I am terribly sorry and wish I could have helped, had I known. Please accept my apologies.

Quiet home close to CoMO attractions
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis neighborhood is quiet, and the home met my needs during my stay. It appears the home is in the process of renovation, which it could use. The kitchen and bath are outdated but serviceable. Clothes were hanging in one of the bedroom closets, so I couldn't hang my clothes up there. The shared driveway was a minor inconvenience as the neighbor parks 2 cars in the driveway. Overall, the home met my needs, was very quiet, and a good value.
