The girl at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t friendly or helpful The light inside the room door was burned out, the lights in the bathroom were very dim, the tissue holder was empty, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was okay but they were out of waffles. The pool was closed even though the lights were on, it was full and the pump was running. The carpet in the room was dirty.

Staff charged me 3 preauthorization charges on top of room charge and locked in $400 for 4 days. Kept telling my bank could take them off. Bank told me that only the hotel could take them off.

Room was not cleaned well bathroom still had a used qtip on the floor saw a roach in the bathroom(only saw one) stairwell had spiderwebs and spiders all in it and hadn’t been cleaned the side door did not lock or close fully(very unsafe) phone in the room did not have the actual phone only had the dial pad! Staff was not informative of anything just told me my room number and what time check out was

It's an older property with a great staff and a good location.

Was a decent place showers were kind of nasty and could use repairs I stayed twice in two different rooms and both showers were bad other than that it was a decent place
