DON'T STAY.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was dirty. Sheets were stained and the mattress covered looked like it was never ever washed. Floors were dirty with crumbs and hair.

It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the rooms were not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the lapse in housekeeping service and cleanliness that you experienced. While we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms, it occasionally happens that they do and your feedback will help us to address the issue more effectively. We continually strive to ensure that our rooms are cleaned and ready upon the guest's arrival and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. We hope you'll return to enjoy the continuous improvements made in our policies, accommodations and services.

Room was extra dirty, pillow s supposed to be white but was brown tint from being dirty, sheets had holes and stains. Shower faucet handle was not attached, water had bad odor. Towels and wash clothes looked 20 years old and dirty. Drug deals taken place next door. Large aggressive dogs on the property owned by the drug dealers. Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. This property has a lot of criminal activity. I was there only 2 hours on 3 night stay. Hotel refuses to give me a refund or my deposit back. Worst experience I have ever had while traveling for work.
