We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered during your stay, especially considering the unprecedented circumstances of the hurricane and the resulting state of emergency affecting the entire area. While we strive to provide the best service possible, the impact of Mother Nature was beyond our control, and we understand how frustrating it can be when faced with such challenges. We appreciate your understanding, as many nearby hotels, gas stations, and restaurants were also without power. We are committed to improving our communication and service, and we hope you will understand the situation.

Stay away ..Pictures on line are a Lie!!!

I didn’t stay I went and canceled soon as I hit the property the online pictures are a whole lie .. Looks just like it’s a whole lot of not good things going on in the place .. It was another couple at the desk when I arrived that had went to the room and the lady showed me nasty sheets and blood on the bed they where assigned.. like Ooooo no cancel me… looks like you leave with bedbugs and some type of fungus and smoking cigarettes ..It’s aweful
