The smell of marijuana was present from the lobby to even in my room. The floors were sticky in the room. Not an enjoyable stay

I was previously excited about this new brand but already disapppointed. Elevator was out of order and worse there was no hot water in rm 108 - handicapped room. Shower sprays all over bathroom and there was mildew on shower curtain. Pancake maker is just silly.

The room had bugs. I had to lift the tank top to pull handle to allow water to fill up toilet to flush. The A/C was broken, no hot water. The bedding was dirty. I tried using room phone for service, was inoperable. Called desk on my cell phone, call went straight to voicemail. I personally went to desk. Rep. Was on her cell phone. With a bed cap on, and hoodie. She said she could give me some bedding to change myself because there is no housekeeping at night or maintenance available. I could not shower, and was very uncomfortable with bugs. The next day, I called corporate. They spoke to Rick who changed my room. My son found roaches n his room, too. One elevator has been out of service for months. The hallway carpet is dirty and not maintained because there is no staff in the evening. This property should be thoroughly cleaned and maintained to prevent any potential illnesses or injuries. I will never stay at any Tru or any hotels associated with Hilton. No one wants to enter a hotel where floors are filthy and dirty. Never again!!

Did not get a good night rest. The shade on window did not block out light from street nor daylight. Hence, I kept waking up every 2hrs. Mary checked me in and, she was Awesome. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices.
