Nicest hotel room I have stayed in!!! Very comfortable, laid out nicely, bar and speakeasy in the hotel. We were also able to have breakfast at the cafe in the hotel in the morning. Very delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff refused to issue my refund due to last minute cancellation of my control .

Do not stay here

The most helpful staff person was the bellhop and she was really great. The room itself was moldy and we were unable to stay there - was coughing within a few minutes of entering. I asked if there were any more recently renovated rooms because our experience at other Voco properties had been good - but this carpet did not appear to have been replaced recently. They said no and refused to refund the room even though we were there less than 10 minutes. I had an email conversation going with the management but no response in the past week so I'm submitting the review. I would not recommend staying here nor recommend anyone else do so. They also advertised a patio as part of the room overlooking the town, but it had no view and was next to a giant very loud AC unit - overall I would say their star rating is wrong. 2 at best. We were surprised and will question Voco properties more intensely moving forward.
