Front desk only had one lady who was doing her best but waited for an hour bc the line was that long. Complained about Expedia still selling rooms when not available. Something stuck on floor and used towel in bathroom. Did not feel safe there at night.

Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt was just “OK”. Not in a great part of town. My room had light bulbs that were blown, there was a used tooth pick stick on the floor by the bed , the A/C wouldn’t go below 72 even though I set it to 68.

The staff was amazing. From before check in to check out, everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean, the towels white and fluffy, the bed was comfortable. I think the design of the hotel is poor. The wall of windows that face the outside corridor makes it extremely loud as people walk by or talk. You can hear everything including doors being slammed/shut.
