Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on point. The only issue we had was the hot and cold water were reversed in the shower. But once we figured it out, it was fine.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but overall okay

Comfortable stay. A couple of nearby eating places. Did some birdwatching from the car park, a staff member recommended what to look for. Nice breakfast area

The hotel was disgusting. Bathroom door didn’t close, only two towels, pol was green. Dusty and smelled horrible. Worst part… BUGS IN THE BEDS!!!

Dear Ms. Sarah,We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay.Issues reported during the stay , gets rectified immediately, next time please let our staff know of any problems with your stay and as usual we fix it.No other guests complained about the bugs in the room when we rented the same room before and after your stay but as soon as we saw your complain we again terminated the room to be on the safer side. During Hurricane Beryl it was not humanly possible to keep the pool blue and full of chlorine but now its clean and blue thankfully.Sincerely,
