First non-smoking room smelled of smoke so strongly it made my eyes water upon entering the room. A terrible mold/mildew odor was also present. Nice staff gave us a new non-smoking room that also smelled strongly of smoke and mildew odor. Ever so slightly less than the first room. Very damp in both rooms. We paid for non-refundable and it was already after 1am so we just stayed in the second room figuring it wasn't going to improve.

Not happy

The room had a smell! The toilet did not flush. The blow dryer did not work and came out of the wall as if it was not secure. At 8am the smoke detector went off. Not the most comfortable stay/ I’ve stayed at this location before but the room gives not clean or defective rooms or furniture.

We are also concerned to learn about the toilet flush. Our maintenance team will be alerted immediately to inspect and rectify the issue to ensure that such inconveniences do not recur in the future. Regarding the blow dryer we understand that it did not function. Please let us know next time as soon as you notice any damages or bad smell, we will right away change you to another room or replace the items. We are committed to resolving these issues and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Not horrible, but I expected better from BW

Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.

worst stay I've ever experienced. Still waiting for the management to get back to me about the numerous problems
