Pros: The room was spacious and modern. The room had a large tv, mini fridge, microwave, and couch. The beds were also very comfortable. The front desk receptionist was very nice. The breakfast had good choices to pick from.
Cons: The bathroom floors and tub were dirty. Our microwave also had old food that was not removed after the desk was notified. The pool was very cold. The toilet paper holder broke immediately after use.

Smoke detector concerns
Posted Aug. 15, 2024 on HotelsThe check-in experience went very well. Upon entering my room I always video tape the condition for my own information. The room was very clean and fully stocked with toiletries and towels. I also noted that the carpets and flooring were very clean. The only complaint that I have is that the smoke detector in the room was wrapped with a hand towel. I went to the front desk and informed the clerk and they said they would send someone to resolve the issue. Upon my return to the room after 11:00 PM, the detector was still blocked. As a customer, I was concerned due to the potential safety risks. Otherwise, the breakfast was satisfactory with good meal options.
