Our room was given access to another guest. While in our room another guest came in with their card due to an error at the front desk.

The staff were decent, the room was decent. Our complaint is that the bathroom was horrible, the bathtub was peeling as if it had been painted. The desk area of the room was unclean as well. This is not acceptable for a $200 /night hotel.
