Emplacement : Poor Hotel at a Interstate exit... You know, when you just need a decent place to sleep, all you need is a clean, quiet and comfortable room...
When I arrived, I was asked... With a smile '' Would you like a room on 1st floor'', The lady never mentioned ''do you mind a room right by the outside A.C. unit ?...''' What a surprise when putting my head on the pillow to have it as well as the whole bed vibrating to the rythm of that loud A.C. unit...
This hotel is way past renovations, should have been done ages ago, run down sofa and office chair, very, very poor/ room ambiance...room decoration reminescent of Motel 6 \ Red Roof... Dirty and old hallway flooring, no signs indicating where is the hotel in and the surrounding area/ Interstate Exit... And the poorly designed new BW signs do not help, who designed that generic sign... This was my, by far very poorest hotel since i left home on Oct 5th... Also when reserving by Expedia, most hotel locations in this category greet you with disdain, make you feel like a low end customer... P.S. very few and poor bathroom supplies, very poor bed sheets, way past their life expectancy,

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsDead mouse in the hallway. I have pictures. Staff didn’t care. Extremely loud groups after midnight were not asked to quiet down the party. Love gatherings, but staff should have kept the group respectful. Especially into the morning hours.
