My flight came in very late but Kei stayed at work to be able to pick me up after midnight. I was supposed to arrive right before midnight but there was a weather delay. Thanks to your sweet desk clerk.

I made reservations and prepaid they wouldnt let me stay because i have the same state id and tried to charge me and additional 300 dollar deposits after i already paid for my room. So i never go tobstay and i lost out on my money for the room. With no refund. So i lost out on my money and the room i booked.

It was live roaches in my room , the soap dish in the shower at the top had hair on it ,no laundry bag for my clothes , the hotel hallways were extremely hot ,all the hotel side door entrance’s were begin held open all night w a piece of stick so anyone can enter guest or non guest

Lamp and TV wouldn't work. The hair dryer was filthy. There was trash aound the 2nd level ice machine. All of the snacks and other vending machines were on the first floor. The room and motel had a weird smell.

Had to change room the door would open and tv didn’t work, they gave me another room, it had cob web on side of window and side of the air conditioner, wouldn’t stay there again
