Room was so dirty. I was there for 3 nights and knew what this hotel is like as I stayed there less than a year ago. I can deal with beat up furniture and oldness, but this time my room was not clean. Hair and filth on floors. I scooted my clean feet around on a towel and the bottom of the towel was black from floors. Mold and red stains in tub. Dirty sink with stains. Hand prints on mirror. Towels on rack dirty (got replacements from front counter that were clean, but they are old and rough.) Burns in bed covers. As soon as we got to the room we went back to counter and asked for a new room and were told, “all the rooms are in the same condition.” My frustration with grossness built and I went to counter on day 3 shared pictures of room with person working who at least heard me out and offered a room change but we were leaving in the morning and didn’t want to move everything. Just wanted time to pass to get out of there. This hotel is on its last leg. All of the “good” rooms that overlook what used to be a fabulous atrium are not in service and it is a ghost town in the atrium where there used to be a big restaurant and other amenities. Oh and there is no breakfast as advertised. This hotel is no longer worth the decent price. Beware! Scary dirty rooms!

The room was dirty, old food in the floor, shower was not clean, and door knob would came off when pulling the door closed. During booking breakfast was suppose to be included, there was no breakfast and the indoor pool was cold.
The lady at the front desk ( Tina) was rude and argumentative, even my 11 year old daughter said " Wow she was mean."

Clean, great lobby, ok rooms, lowest price

The lobby opens into a gigantic public area with a 80° pool and gym, and tons of real greenery and trees. The rooms aren't high quality in terms of finish quality but everything was clean and neat.

Motel Short staff needs help
