Chambre très spacieuse, le seul reproche est le rideau de douche !!!

Room was dirty - it was if the cleaning staff had only half finished cleaning room. No linens provided and requests to provide linens were met with anger. I had to make my own bed. Sink would not drain. When maintenance came up, we had to switch rooms because a flood ensued. I called three times to ask for a late checkout - 2 weeks before our stay, at check-in and one day before check-in. We are told 3 times to ask morning of and it would be granted. We called at 6AM and they told us rudely that it would not be provided. We were told contradictory information about parking from each staff member we asked. This hotel is outdated and not worth the money we were charged. Please do not stay here - truly not worth the cost.

Marathon weekend stay
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat hotel pick for Columbus marathon weekend. Large suite , lots of room for toddler to play. Close to restaurants and easily walkable to start and finish lines.
