Our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel was quite nice! The staff were all pleasant and very friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Rooms look onto an interior ballroom
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst, all the staff were lovely and helpful. The free breakfast is a plus, but the food is nothing special; basic hotel breakfast. I was intrigued by the free happy hour snacks, but again, they weren’t anything great. The biggest issue we had with the hotel is that our room looked into an interior ballroom - not even a courtyard, but an enclosed room with a skylight. The room wasn’t used while we were there, fortunately, but it was just a generic room with a bunch of stacked chairs. It was depressing. Looking at the hotel plan, a significant percentage of the rooms face this space, with absolutely no visual access to the outdoors. Something to be aware of.

There was nothing that I didn't like. First time staying there. It will not be my last time either. Thank you very much for a great time. Your breakfast & dinner buffets are delicious...

Good walkable distance to the convention center. Breakfast and dinner options were convenient, although I didn’t care for the dinner choices much. They also offer nightly drink tickets, which was nice. I’ve never had that at a hotel before. The staff was kind, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained by the cleaning staff. I have no complaints. I’d stay there again.
