Accueil de nuit très agréable. Et c'est tout.
Bouteille vide par terre dans la chambre, vieille couche de bébé sous le lit, meuble TV pourri, micro ondes sale, le plafond de la salle de bain nous tombe dessus, petit déjeuner continental....euh enfin bref.
On est pas très regardant sur les prestations, mais celui là est le plus pourri de tous les hôtels déjà faits

The owners was very nice the room was ok a little under dated and the cable kept shutting off.

When I arrived the 1st room they gave us was absolutely dirty and had stained sheets and everything was so run down. (Nothing like the pictures on the webpage) They put us in another one and had same issues. The manger was very nice and offered us new sheets and blankets I asked if I can just get refunded he said yes, but then told me he can’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and they would have to say it’s ok. Well I called Expedia and they said they have nothing to do with it because we Paid on site! Expedia called and talked to them and they changed their minds and they would not refund us! So I guess when I have a 1star on service that’s why! They were nice! Until they weren’t! Of course I can’t add the pictures I took

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Did not stay!

We ended up calling choice hotels international on them because they didn’t want to give us a refund. There were cigarette burns in the bed linens. There were roaches. And the place was a slum. Not worth a dime. We did not stay here but had to fight to get our money back. The walls and floor look like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The smell was awful. Like being in a dirty wet cellar. The desk clerk would not answer the phone. They would not allow us to receive a refund. Even called hotels.com for a refund and they didn’t want to give us a refund so we called their corporate owners. Corporate did end up giving us a refund. Do not book this hotel. And I wouldn’t recommend hotels.com either. They are both a joke and their “refund policy” is a lie. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t even stay there if I were homeless. Here is a photo of the tub… It speaks for the whole room. If I could give the hotel and hotels.com a minus a million I would. They are both shiesty and try to take advantage of you.

Not again
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was being worked on that they gave us so they gave us another room that one too was being painted and fixed so they gave us a 3rd room that one was just finished and they didn't clean up afterwards and the chair for the table was being used outside to help them paint another room and the little sofa was in the hall way with a worker sitting in it. When I talked to the manager the next day they used the excuse that the guy checking us in was in training (all by himself no one else to train him) but I had made arrangements for someplace else for the remainder of our trip so we did not stay the rest of the time there and it is a week later and still no refund for the remainder of the days we didn't stay there. Don't think I will use them again.
