No towel rack in the bathroom. No info about local resturants. No phone book. Front desk wasnt much help in looking for places to eat told us they dont give out phone books or info on local places to eat or order in. Deff not what we expected from a Hilton hotel.

The temperature throughout the hotel was set at 68 F, in August! Freezing cold inside, while outside we were dressed for summer. Why keep a winter temperature inside? In addition, the room thermostat was also set at 68F, again finding the room freezing cold, with no option to make it warmer (I was tood that setting a heat temperature in the room won't work because the boiler is off in summer). So, not enjoyable to spend time neither in the room nor in the common areas. We went out as much as possible. I don't expect the temperature to be 80F, but come on..... 68F in summer is too cold. Make it 72 or 74, and if people want, they can always lower it in their own rooms. It feels uncomfortable and a waste of energy.

Not very accommodating

We were traveling in a group of 10, 2 adults and 8 children! For our son's 3rd birthday. With that being said..... online states they offer a joining room's, but not for what we needed!!! So before and after booking we called the hotel directly and told them we needed either a joining or side by side-by-side room's! We were told they couldn't do a joining but would put in for side-by-side! We get here to check in and are told we will be separated by an entire floor!!!!!! As a mother i was very mad and upset, i refused and told them we called twice about this and were told they could accommodate! I was then told that due to these last minute large groups coming in people had to be moved around!!!! I STATED WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE MOVE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM WHEN WE CALLED TWICE 5 DAY'S IN ADVANCE!!!!!!! We only had 2 towels (with a reservation for 5 in a room) requested a baby bed, had to ask 3 times before we received it and more towels! The ac didn't work very well in our room!!! (400)

Beautiful property and so successful for the food and groceries my family loved it great breakfast in the morning so yummy! Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable place to stay

We had a good stay at Embassy this past month. The staff was all helpful upon check-in and the room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue in our room with some of the outlets not working and the AC unit made a muted banging sort of noise when running, but overall, it was a really nice place to stay.
