Make yourself at home at this beautiful 3-story, 10 bedroom / 4 bathroom duplex that can host 26 guests. Modernly updated, creatively designed, each 5-bed/2-bath side has its own private entrance, a living room and kitchen.

The house is tastefully designed with two large living rooms and two amazing kitchens that will seat nearly your entire group.

Every bedroom is unique and features high end furniture and a comfortable mattress that will make you feel like you're sleeping in a luxury hotel.

Welcome to your home away from home!

This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your group's time in Columbus. The house includes:

- Kitchen: Our modern spacious kitchen features top of the line appliances, a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig K-Cup coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels.

- Living room: Kick back on a large comfortable couch with a 50” TV. Chat into the evening, hang out or just relax when you come home.

- Bedrooms: There are 2 sides in this duplex. Each side has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds total that can accommodate 10 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding.

There are also 2 couches and 2 air mattresses that can acommodate an additional 6 people. Between all of the bedrooms in both sides and additional sleeping surfaces, the house can sleep 26 people.

Bedroom 1 (first floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 2 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): Queen size bed, desk, and closet.
Bedroom 4 (second floor): Full size bed and cute sitting corner for relaxation.
Bedroom 5 (third floor): Two twin beds and a great relaxation corner. This bedroom has its own temperature control with a mini split heating and cooling system.

The layout is the same for each side.

- Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms on each side (4 total) - one on the first floor and one on the second floor. We provide towels, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner - everything you need!

- WiFi & Temperature Control:

WiFi: We have signal throughout the house.

Thermostat: We have central heating and cooling, controlled by the Smart Thermostat. You are welcome to adjust it to your comfort level. The third floor bedrooms have their own heating and cooling mini-split system.

- Parking: There is free street parking available in the area.

You are renting the both sides of a duplex. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas. Please note that the basement is only used for housekeeping use only. The porch and backyard is shared with the other side of the duplex.

Since this is a full house rental, we're not on premises. However, we're always just a quick message away, so feel free to reach out to us via the app or website at any time.

You've picked the perfect neighborhood to stay in. It has the best of both worlds - it's just minutes away from The Ohio State University, from downtown, from Short North, the stadiums and a ton of great restaurants and eateries. At the same time, it's on a quiet street, so you can get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax when you come home. You'll love staying here!

We're just a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.

Uber and Lyft are very popular and very inexpensive in this area. You can get pretty much anywhere in less than 10 minutes for $10 or less.

Great stay for a large group

This property was great for a large group. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, but enough space to not be sitting on top of each other. The bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and well appointed. The entire check-in/out process was super smooth and very well explained. The area had lots of parking available, and tons of food within walking distance or a short drive (or quick delivery). There were even snacks and a really nice booklet outlining all the things you usually have to check the listing for during your stay. The hosts were super communicative and friendly.I would highly recommend this property for anyone, especially for those with a larger group, and I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Family Gathering Place

We were in town for a family event and had 18 of us together across the 2 sides of the duplex. The place was clean and well equipped. Everyone was comfortable and shared how happy they were with the accommodations. Communication with Boris was excellent, and he was very helpful through a couple of issues of our own doing. I would definitely recommend this duplex for a family gathering!

Wonderful place for big groups!

We rented both sides of this house and had 20+people including a baby, toddlers, preschoolers, school aged children, and elderly. This duplex is the perfect place for large groups! Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchens had everything we needed. Stairs going upstairs are steep and could use some additional lighting in stairwells. Each side has a bottom floor room close to a bathroom. This is an older home so there is some noise when others are moving around/going up and down the steps but the host provided ear plugs if needed. Nice fenced in back year area with large grill-you have to walk around to the back yard-no access from inside the house. The neighborhood appeared a little questionable at first glance, but we felt safe and had no problems. Parking is roadside and can be very limited especially when you have multiple vehicles, but we were all able to secure a a lot within a couple of blocks of the house.

Perfect Weekend Location

Boris was a great host and very responsive. We had the whole Duplex House for the weekend. Checkin was easy with free off street parking (no issues finding a spot). House was clean with nice bedrooms and bathrooms and enough space for all 16 of us to mingle and sleep. Big backyard area for all of us to hangout and nice charcoal grills. Easy walk into town and campus. Overall, great spot and we would definitely stay there again!

Couldn’t Ask for A Better Stay!

We had a phenomenal experience at this house! It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and had incredible communication with the hosts. They were very flexible with us in the booking process, and that hospitality continued throughout the stay. Honestly, best bang for your buck in this area. Only downside was we had to use street parking (free) the whole trip and having multiple vehicles made that tricky (especially since we had a 12 passenger van). No complaints at all though! Would highly recommend if you’re traveling with a large group.

AMAZING, AWESOME VRBO EXPERIENCE IN COLUMBUS!!

Boris and Susan have a diamond in the rough VRBO property in the heart of The Ohio State University community. As with every major university town, while school is in session, parking can be a challenge here; however we had five separate car loads staying for 4 days and 3 nights, and within the first 12 hours of arriving and checking in, we were able to get all of our vehicles parked within a block of the house, and mostly within eyesight just across the street. The check-in process really isn't much different than checking into a downtown hotel, drive up to the entrance, unload, unpack the cars, and then go find parking and walk back. And outside of having to taxi some volleyball players downtown to their tournament each day, once we parked our cars after checking in, we used very affordable and available Uber and Lyft all weekend long. The street this house is on also doesn't get much traffic, so it is mostly very quiet all hours of the day. Heck, it was probably we Wisconsinites who were the loudest folks on the block ;) I can't say enough how much we enjoyed staying at this property!! I knew immediately things were going to be great when the wives/moms were just glowing about how clean and how pristine the interiors of this duplex was. From the bathrooms to the bedrooms to the living rooms and kitchens, this place exceeded our expectations, and we found that the pictures online were exactly how we found our home away from home when we arrived. The kitchens had absolutely everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning and to cook dinner as well. The porch even provided cover from the rain which allowed us to use our portable gas grills and cook up a feast one night. This place really provided the space and intimacy for all 12 of us, and never did we feel crunched for space, not even close. With the exception of two of the players who shared one of the upper level twin bedrooms, everyone had their own, private bedroom, and everyone was unanimous in how comfortable their beds/pillows were and how soft the bedding linens were. AWESOME!! And with 12 people under one roof, not once was there any problem with hot water for showering. And the bathroom linens were also high quality as well. Not only do I recommend Boris and Susan's spectacular diamond in the rough property, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! Great owners, great hospitality, great attention to detail! And always timely with their communication. Love this place! You will too!

Great property! Worked great for our large group!

The property was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed! Our group included some couples, but mostly solo adults, so having enough bedrooms so that everyone was able to have they're own private space was HUGE! Even having the 2 separated sides of the home allowed more active people to hang out on one side while not disturbing others that may choose for a more quiet night. There was no laundry on site so you will need to make arrangements if that is needed but we only stayed a couple nights so it didn't effect our stay at all. The only negative I could really find would be the parking. There is free street parking but it can be difficult at times to find parking close to the home during busy nights. We happened to stay during a time that there were a lot of college parties happening (Halloween) so we definitely had trouble parking but that isn't any fault of the property or the owner. Just something to keep in mind. We would most definitely recommend the property and would love to stay again next time we're in town!

OSU graduation weekend w/extended family

We enjoyed the duplex from Friday to Tuesday. It had everything down to bath products, K-cups, paper goods and even a high chair for our baby. We could have youngest and oldest early-risers on one-half and young adults on the other. The backyard was perfect for a pizza and live music graduation party, complete with grills and strung lights for atmosphere. The location was a 1.6 mile walk to OSU graduation so we avoided stress of car traffic. Great location to be all together for the event and we found lots of Columbus area fun. Boris was very responsive on questions. We encountered a broken bed when we arrived which made one of the nicer rooms unusable but we made do and still had a very enjoyable experience overall.

GREAT HOUSE, AMAZING SET UP

House was beaufitul. Ton of cleaning supplies, paper towels, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Dish soap, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee supplies, brita, bottle of wine! The set up is amazing with locking rooms, and super comfy beds. Easy access to downtown convention center, and ohio state. Would stay again!

Overall stay was good

Overall the stay was great. It Had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable beds, and backyard area. The only negative was parking. It was tough to find a spot to park on the road. The other negative was that we were told that there was 4 parking spot for our stay just a few houses down. When following that protocol, we received notes on the doors stating that we were going to get towed. We had to move cars to avoid towing and had to park some vehicles quite far away from the house.
