I booked 2 rooms at this hotel through Travelocity for 4/18-19, 2025. When we got to our rooms 1 room was fine, however other room had mold in the ac vents & the floor was stained and dirty. We went down to the desk & were moved to another room. Again more mold in the vents. Instead of going back down to the desk and having to request yet again a new room, I repacked up my kids and I from room and switched with my family in the second room and they took our clean room. they opened the additional two blankets requested from the front desk to find them dirty. We had to go back down and get two more blankets. We asked for a refund for the one room with mold but were told we had to wait for the manager. We left the hotel to do our planned activities and returned to the hotel. We asked for the manager who told us that because I booked through Travelocity I would have to request a refund from Travelocity. Fine I will do that. When it was time for bed at 11PM, there was a group of people outside below window talking, laughing and swearing loudly. This had been going on for15 minutes already. I called down to the desk and made a noise complaint. I got a return call to confirm my noise complaint in the hallway. I said no they are outside under my window. They are loud and swearing and Im trying to sleep. It was 11PM. I was told there’s not much I can do but would ask them to be quieter. Nothing happened continued til 11:45pm. Asked Travelocity for refund. Hotel denied refund
