Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe company REALLY needs to remodel their rooms, they are the same as they were twenty years ago, when they were very nice, stained floors, chipped furniture, water leaking from bathroom ceiling,sportscourt dismantled, landscaping unkept, building brand new Candlewood right next door, only undesirables will be staying here now! Won't consider Hawthorn Suites anymore again.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

BROKEN THING;
Phone, stove, cabinet, bathroom sink (no water), sliding door, wifi, blow dryer.
DIRTY THINGS;
EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! COUCH, WINDOWS, BATHROOM, PILLOWS, WALLS, WINDOW SEALS, CURTAINS CARPET.
When I called the off rhey said theynwould send someone out to dix rhe broken things. Guy shows up and trys to enter the room without knocking (luckily the door was latched) it scared TF out of my kids. By the time i made it to the door he was gone.
At that point I choose to stay posted outside the door. He walked pass and I asked if he was the person who came to our door. In broken English i gathered that the feont deak sent him to the wrong room.

This place should not be open for business. It was absolutely filthy and the smell in the room was enough to make someone sick.

Ok for an extended stay. Worked for me due to location. It does show its age and a makeover is due. Plus, Covid is behind us. Open your pool and go back to full-service breakfast

I did not like roaches there was roaches in my room, bed was very uncomfortable, bathtube was old and dirty and finally and most important I suffer from allergies and I gess the ac conduits are real dirty because my allergies went to the roof every day as soon I get back to the hotel every day I stayed there for 4 nigths.
