We came in from a cruise and stayed one night before heading to Arkansas and to visit with family. The only problem we had was that we booked a 2 bedroom suite as there were 5 of us and they gave our room away and we got 2 rooms with kings so two people had to sleep on the pull out couch. Not good when you are 74 years old.

Hotel is very clean and nice. Only downside I saw was they don’t have cameras in the hallways. I stayed on the 4th floor and I didnt see any cameras on the floor.

Not going to lie, I was expecting less. I was surprised to see cooking utensils, pots, pans, glassware, dishes, dishwasher and more. Everything we needed for our stay to cook or dine in. We loved everything about the room. Although, our bathroom door couldn't shut and the handle was on backwards. The shower pressure was a bit challenging. Water was scorching hot, and it was a hit or miss getting the right temperature, lol. HOWEVER...I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to sleep very well and I wake from a dead sleep due to massive migraines. Not once did I wake from noise, pain or being uncomfortable. I slept soundly!! I would DEFINITELY be returning here and would GLADLY take the same room to get this same rest that we did. The 2nd best thing is THE STAFF!!! OMG, the staff here are amazing!! Constantly greeting you, bidding you a good morning/day. Asking how your day is going and offering assistance. When I say this staff are amazing. We had a horrible trip coming in. What was supposed to be a 5 hour trip, took 14 hours. When arriving at the hotel 8/23/24. Miya, the receptionist, was getting screamed at by an entitled, old hag!! Complaining that no one was available to take her bags upstairs or park her car at MIDNIGHT. Not once did she break character and was professional. Staff here made this stay WORTH IT!! I can't wait to come here again just to here their friendly voices. WE LOVED IT HERE!! We loved it here so much that we became members!! Thx to Miya😉

The fire pit was not working. One of the barbecuers did not work the front desk staff was unsure on how to even light it.
