Just say no

-No hot water. -Outlets in room are broken/loose so you can’t charge phones. -breakfast food was literally rotten and smelled like a dead animal. Eggs were fluorescent green. -no parking -ground floor rooms get blinding light from cars All Night. Asked for another room… declined. They know about these issues yet do nothing to rectify according to an employee. Do not stay here.

Room was paid in advance through Expedia. Upon checking out the front desk employee asked to run my credit card reassuring me it wouldn’t charge again. Before even leaving the lobby I was notified my credit card was again charged for the room. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to fix the double charge by noon. I was never contacted so now I will have to dispute the charge.

Hotel was clean, nicely decorated, the room we booked was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful especially for being free. Really convenient free parking as well. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Hot water in shower fluctuated between hot and cooler water during the entire shower. Heat in room also did not work very well and the fan on the heater was very loud - sounded like it was struggling to even work. Ultimately the room temperature was inconsistent and not very comfortable. The size of the room was very nice though with a kitchen.
