The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are huge. Probably didn't need all of the extra space for a one night stay, but glad I picked this hotel. I wish I would have stayed longer to check out the rest of the hotel. Elevators were a little confusing because I pressed the button to go down and one elevator opened. It took me to a floor that I didn't choose and then wouldn't open. Other than that and the construction mess going on downtown, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable (and were bed bug free). Everything about our room was beautiful and up-to-date. Views of the city are amazing. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the city.

During our stay we were impressed with the hospitality from the employees and the cleanliness throughout the building. Cannot wait to stay again!! Only have great things to say about our experience.

Was a great stay! I wish the constellation light in the room would have worked but other than that, perfect!

Always a treat to stay here, only downside was the toilet not flushing well and challenging getting the room service to pick up the phone
