The property was in a really good place and made it easy to get around in Columbus. It is very well kept and made the room. I had comfortable period

The mattress was terrible. Didn't get very much sleep. Breakfast food was cold

Excellent staff & very clean stayed at several hotels near this hotel, but will make this our go to. We are patients at The James Cancer Ctr and staying in a clean space is imperative due to a compromised immune system.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days and found that I was incorrectly charged for parking and bar fees. First, regarding the parking fee: When I booked through Expedia, it was clearly stated that parking was free. However, after I saw my bill and asked the hotel, the hotel informed me that there was a fee of $4 per day. Despite this, I saw my bill that I was charged $30 for two days. Second, regarding the bar fee: I noticed that I was overcharged for the bar services. Given these discrepancies, I strongly recommend that you carefully review your bill during and after your stay to avoid any unexpected charges.
