The person at the desk was very quick, kind and professional. The room is good! It has some wear and tear on the wood work and while the bathroom appeared clean my husband wiped the toilet with a wipe and the wipe was dirty. Other than those things it was pretty clean. The elevator needs updating but honestly over all we'd stay here again!!!

The room was spotless, except for a few ants in the bathroom. Other than those 3-4 little guys, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of restaurants very close by. We plan to return on our next trip to Columbus.

Exactly what we were looking for
Really nice stay, we needed a place to land while visiting a hospitalized family member. Danni and the front desk was very welcoming and recognized I had stayed there before. The room was spacious and well appointed. This is my go-to spot when visiting Columbus.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, would be a very nice place to stay if the parking lot was secure! Several vehicles got broken into including mine during my stay there! The staff said they've had this problem before but they don't inform their guest! If you stay there be mindful of this!

The hotel, itself, including my room was fine. Clean, and everything worked as it should. My issue was with the clientele. Hallways reeked of weed. No way management/staff was unaware of this. Also, I witnessed criminal activity in the building and in the parking lot. Witnessed the sale of drugs in the rear parking lot and much worse, what definitely appeared to be prostitution. Will never stay here again. Clean up your act before it gets even worse.

The room was very large, which was nice, the only problem was one out of their two elevators was out during a very busy weekend. They explained that they were waiting for the government inspector before opening the other elevator. So it was a bit inconvenient due to the elevator wait

Another Great Stay
Fifth stay in three months, and while a tad dated, the staff and yummy breakfast make up for it! We ended up extending our stay three days, and will be back!
