Our room was comfortable. We had no temp issues while we slept & the bed/pillows/comforter were very comfortable.

I had scheduled on line and called the property due to the fact I was traveling and would be a late arrival between 3 - 4 am. When we arrived I went inside and stood at the desk for approximately 5 minutes. There was NOBODY at the desk nor came to the desk. I then went outside moved my car and grabbed my luggage and returned to the lobby and stood at the desk. I called the phone # for the hotel multiply times and let it ring, still no person came to the desk. I then called the reservation line and a lady answered I told her my situation and she put me on hold and she called the hotel multiple times, she let it ring and never returned to the call. Finally after approx. 45 min a lady came to the desk stating she had no clue we were there and she does not answer the phone at night. This is ridiculous....the safety of this hotel, the employee never gave her name nor did she apologize. I would NOT recommend this hotel. A complaint to Hotels.com will be filed. A complaint to La Quinta will be filed. A complaint to the BBB will be filed. By the way I am 22 not a great experience for my 1st trip.
