Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsThanks it was a great stay. It was a lady that went out of her way to give us needed towel and she was not our person who was there this week. She was a black lady that had short hair and was in the laundry room.

Great clean stay.

The air conditioner in room 410 wasn’t working properly, but it was bearable. Other than that the hotel was great

Filthy bathroom. It was not cleaned. Old soap left in the shower. Hairball in the garbage can, dirt on the floor.

I was greeted by an awesome staff as soon as I entered. I was provided with a room on the third floor. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the room was hot. I went back down to tell the receptionist, she quickly gave me another room. The second room was just the same although the thermostat was set at 68 degrees. I just decided to leave.
