Parfait ! Accueil très agréable avec ice tea et cookies frais au lobby. Chambre très confortable, très propre et bien aménagée (micro ondes et réfrigérateur). Super petit déjeuner sucré/salé très copieux ! Personnel charmant. Services au top avec guest laundry pas chère, salle de fitness, piscine et Spa ! Très bel Établissement à recommander vivement et de surcroît bien situé proche centre ville, commerces et resto !

Rebecca at check-in was amazing! Reviews of this property were mixed so before I decided to book I asked to view a room. She took the time to take me to the available King room and it was much nicer than I anticipated. Yes, it is a bit dated in the bathroom especially, but the room itself was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. I think if they repaint the ugly purple wall, remove the carpet and put in the modern flooring and replace some lamps it would be 5-star. The breakfast was decent but typical with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The gym is ok but no free weights. I would stay here again, as I really appreciate good service and a clean comfortable room to rest.

HORRIBLE

I stayed at the hotel this weekend and it is horrible. My room wouldn't cool down. The water wouldn't get hot in the shower. They only give you one little bar of soap. The iron wouldn't get hot unless you put water in it. And then the iron would leak the water out. When you sit on the sofa sleeper you would fall through the sofa. I was told by the front desk I couldn't move to another room. May stay was horrible. I hate l decided to stay there. And they changed my credit card twice. I don't think I should have even been charged for that service. It was RIDICULOUS l checked out at 7am instead of 11am.
