I ended up leaving this hotel after having to be moved to two additional rooms. In the first room, I couldn’t get the shower to work. In the second room, I discovered a massive stain under the mattress cover and in the edge of the mattress to the second bed in the room. In the third room, it appeared that the linens had not been changed as there was body hair in one of the beds. The front desk staff, Adam was very apologetic and did accommodate my request for a refund. I made a corporate complaint and a complaint to the hotel management.

Terrible service. We had to give a deposit of more than 250, which no hotel does... in addition to the stay. Very bad for children.

Our door would not open (handle was broken). Our toilet did not flush. Upon leaving to check out, we woke up to a cockroach on our nightstand and i took pictures/video. We did not want to deal with any room change as we were tired, and didnt report it the next morning because we had to catch our flight at 7am

When we checked in we asked if we could extend our stay and we were able to. The clerk put us on the 3rd floor which was quiet. Room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins and juice. This property had easy parking and right next to Culver's and close to Walmart. The only negative was the smell in the 1st floor hall. The smell was worse near the pool. We did not use the pool. We would stay here again if in the area.
