Very nice property that is driving convenient to OSU where we just dropped off our son for his freshman year. Area is safe, just nothing to do within walking distance. Property is in excellent Marriott-typical shape and the staff has been professional, helpful and friendly. Property seems relatively new, attached to a Marriott Residence Inn. Not as upscale as the traditional Marriott brand property but it is up to standard. Bed was very comfortable, room and property very clean.

We showed up at the hotel @ 11pm after having received text messages all day saying they were excited to have us, hope check in was smooth, etc. Only to find out that they did not have a room available for us and not notified. We were told to come back the next day and they would have a room. Totally unacceptable. We had to ask for a referral to another hotel and it was a shady property 15/20 mins away. Needless to say, I did not stay at the hotel and found another option in the am.

Our inventory levels change by the minute due to guests extending their stays, rooms being taken out of order for maintenance, etc. and sometimes we just can't fulfill all room reservations onsite. I'm sorry we disappointed you and I'm sure that was frustrating after a long day of travel. It was our pleasure to cover the cost of your first night at another hotel for the inconvenience we caused you. We strive to provide a fantastic experience to all our guests, and we clearly missed our goal.
