The rooms were nice and clean. The check-in staff was awesome. The guy working nights was also accommodating. The lady working Saturday for check out was rude, bossy, and disrespectful to the cleaning staff in front of me. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable for both the cleaning lady and me. Uncalled for.
