Very disappointed
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe housekeeping staff need to be fired. Sticky floors, cup rings on tables, shower/tub had hair and bottom of tub dirty, no hot water at hand wash sinks. No lotions or coffee station in lobby, no ice buckets or ice. We were nervous about staying there. Out side was an abundance of trash and dog poop.

I GOT STUCK IN THERE Elevator for about 15mins i Kept ringing the bell for help but no one came for help 😭 Please gove me a refund i didn't stay the night thank you

Not what we expected
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsSwimming pool is not open. That’s a main focus of the pictures and it is not open, hasn’t been since COVID. That was never mentioned when booking. also, the hallways smell horrible
